MONDAY — PRACTICE

The team made their return to practice on Monday morning, engaging in an on-ice skill development session that placed emphasis on position-specific training exercises and comprehensive preparations for upcoming games. 

TUESDAY – FILM REVIEW/PRACTICE/TRAINING SESSION

On Tuesday, the team will have a film session, followed by an on-ice practice and a post-practice workout with D1 Training. 

WEDNESDAY — PRACTICE

Wednesday the guys will have a team breakfast followed by an on-ice practice.

THURSDAY – Practice/Travel Day

On Thursday morning, the team will hold a focused practice session before packing up and heading to Knoxville for their upcoming road games.

FRIDAY – Ice Flyers vs Knoxville | 6:30pm ct

On Friday at the team will face off against the Knoxville Ice Bears for the first of 6 matchups this regular season.

SATURDAY — Ice Flyers vs Knoxville | 6:30pm ct

Saturday the two team’s will have their rematch at the Knoxville Civic Auditorium and Coliseum. The team will stay the night before heading back to Pensacola on Sunday.

MONDAY — PRACTICE

The Ice Flyers resumed regular practice and preparation on Monday morning at the Pensacola Bay Center, marking the start of another focused week of development. The Monday session set the tone for the week ahead, as coaches emphasized maintaining the momentum from Saturday’s win while fine-tuning areas that need improvement before hitting the road to face Birmingham on Thursday.

TUESDAY – FILM REVIEW/PRACTICE/TRAINING SESSION

Tuesday will be a comprehensive training day for the Ice Flyers. The team will start early with an in-depth film review session, breaking down Saturday’s performance and studying Birmingham’s tendencies ahead of Thursday’s road game. Following the film work, the squad will take to the ice for practice. Later in the afternoon, the Ice Flyers will head to D1 Training of Pensacola, the team’s official training partner, for a specialized workout session focused on strength, conditioning, and performance enhancement.

WEDNESDAY — PRACTICE

The team will resume regular practice and preparation on Wednesday.

THURSDAY – TRAVEL DAY/GAME VS BIRMINGHAM

The Ice Flyers will report to the Pensacola Bay Center on Thursday before departing for Birmingham to take on the Bulls at 7 PM. After the game the team will pack up and head back to Pensacola.

FRIDAY – PRACTICE

The team will have a light practice later in the afternoon and finish up any game planning for Saturday’s game.

SATURDAY — DAY OF THE DEAD NIGHT | 7 PM

The Ice Flyers are kicking off November with a celebration of life, heritage, and remembrance during our Day of the Dead Night. Enjoy a game of hockey and immerse yourself in the traditions of Día de los Muertos at the Hangar!

Due to the event at the Pensacola Bay Center, the team will have a training session at D1 Training in Gulf Breeze to stay fresh and ready for their games this weekend.

FRIDAY – Youth jersey Giveaway Night presented by White Smiles Dentistry | 7pm

Saturday – St. Patrick‘s Celebration presented by Mcguire’s irISH puB | 7 pm

Grab your green and head to the Hangar for a St. Patrick’s Celebration presented by McGuire’s Irish Pub! This game will also feature a pre-game party starting at 4:30 p.m. in the front parking lot of the Pensacola Bay Center. The pre-game party will feature McGuire’s Irish Pub performers with audio proudly provided by Blues Angel Music. Each game ticket purchased will get fans (21+) two free drink tickets upon entry into the party.

Tuesday – Film/Practice/Hospital Visit/Meet and Greet

On Tuesday, the team will resume their regular schedule with a film session, followed by on-ice practice. Afterward, they’ll visit the Studer Family Children’s Hospital at Ascension Sacred Heart to pack meals with Rally Gulf Coast and deliver food to families receiving treatment.

From 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Jake Hamilton, Houston Wilson, Michael Hererra, and Brody Claeys will be at Perfect Plain for a meet and greet at the Pawdi Gras Kick-off party.

Wednesday – Film/Practice

The team will continue preparations with a film session followed by on-ice practice.

Thursday – Film/Practice/School Visits

On Thursday, the team will finalize their game plan and complete the week’s training with an on-ice practice. In the afternoon, two groups will visit local schools to read to students.

On Monday, the team was given a rest day to recover and recharge. Players had the opportunity to participate in an optional skating session at the Hangar, allowing them to maintain their conditioning while having the flexibility to manage their individual recovery needs.

Tuesday morning the team will participate in film review and officially begin their preparations for the weekend. After their film session, the guys will have an on-ice practice. This will be the first of two with the arena converting for an event on Wednesday.

Wednesday – Training/Meet and Greet

Wednesday the guys will visit D1 Training for an early morning training session. Later that night the team will be at Buffalo Wild Wings from 6:30 p.m – 8:00 p.m. for a free meet and greet.

Thursday – Practice/Film

The team will have another film and practice session on Thursday to fine-tune game planning for the visiting Marksmen.

Friday – Peanuts Night presented by Anglin Reichmann Armstrong | 7PM

Here’s what’s in store for the guys this week:

Monday – Training Day/First Responder Visit

The week kicks off with workouts and training with D1 Training in Gulf Breeze. After training, a few of the guys will be visiting Fire Station 1 to drop off ticket vouchers for the team’s First Responders Night on Sunday. First responders can purchase $12 tickets for their entire party at the Pensacola Bay Center Box Office to attend the series final game.

Tuesday – Training Day/First Responder Visit

Another training and workout session is in store for the guys on Tuesday at D1 training. Later that afternoon, the guys will be visiting the Pensacola Police Department to drop off ticket vouchers and meet and greet with local law enforcement.

Wednesday – Travel

The team will hit the road for Macon a few days early to get some on-ice sessions at the Macon Coliseum ahead of the weekend.

Thursday – Training/practice

On Thursday the team will skate and continue their preparations for Macon.

Friday – Ice Flyers vs Mayhem | 6PM CST

The two teams will meet for their 6th contest of the season in Macon on Friday. Macon currently has the upper hand in the head-to-head record with 3 wins out of the previous 5 games.

Saturday – Ice Flyers vs Mayhem | 5PM CST

The guys will battle it out with Macon on Saturday before heading home to Pensacola and preparing for their lone home game of the weekend on Sunday.

Sunday – First Responders Night Presented by CPC Office Technologies | 4PM CST

Come by the Hangar for the first of three Savings Sundays slated for this season. For this game, first responders will be able to purchase $12 tickets for their entire party at the Pensacola Bay Center Box Office. This marks the first home Sunday game of the 2024-25 season for the Ice Flyers, and the last time these two teams will see each other until February.

Wednesday will be a day of rest and optional skating for the team as they begin preparations for the home-and-away series against the Birmingham Bulls.

Thursday – Film/Training

Normal preparations continue on Thursday with a film session and morning training session.

On Thursday the team will continue their travels and arrive in Quad City to prep for their games.

Friday – Ice Flyers VS Quad City Storm | 7:10PM

The team will face-off for the first time against the Quad City Storm (5-10-1-1) on Friday night. This will be the first of four times the two teams will see each other during the regular season.

Saturday – Ice Flyers VS Quad City Storm | 7:10PM

On Saturday night, the team will face off against the Storm for the second consecutive evening to conclude their weekend series at Vibrant Arena at The MARK. This matchup represents the final game of their road trip before the Ice Flyers make the long journey back south to their home base in Pensacola.

Sunday – Travel Day

The team continues their travels on Sunday, arriving in Pensacola for a day of rest before starting preparations for their games against the Havoc the following weekend.
