Game Notes: Teddy Bear Toss

The Ice Flyers host the Peoria Rivermen in their 15th game of the season and the first matchup between the two teams. After a shutout victory against Birmingham on Thanksgiving Eve, the Ice Flyers experienced a heavy 8-1 loss on the road to Birmingham, only to bounce back with a 1-0 win against the Macon Mayhem two days later. The Ice Flyers aim to win the series and secure their position as 2nd in the SPHL standings. Peoria is hot on their heels, trailing Pensacola by just one point and currently holding the 3rd spot in the standings. After the first Ice Flyers goal, fans can throw their stuffed animals onto the ice. All bears will be donated to local charities in time for the holiday season!
