CELEBRATION MESSAGES
Is someone you know celebrating a birthday or anniversary? You can request a celebration message to be shown on the scoreboard for any of our 28 home games.
In-game celebration messages are available during the season and are displayed on the scoreboard with 5:00 minutes left in the 2nd intermission. Messages are limited to birthdays, anniversaries, and special events only.
*Requests must be received at least 24 hours prior to game date.

How do I access my tickets?
We offer digital ticketing via our Ice Flyers Ticketmaster account manager service. Learn more about our digital ticketing process here.
Where can I purchase tickets?
Tickets are available for purchase online exclusively at Ticketmaster.com or in-person at the Pensacola Bay Center Box Office.
The Box Office is open:
Monday – Friday, 10:00 a.m.- 4:00 p.m.
Saturday & Sunday (Event Days Only): Box office will open at Noon or at least 30 minutes before doors, whichever is earlier.
The Box Office accepts cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards.
What ticket discounts are available?
Military
Active or retired service members can purchase discounted ($2.00 Off) tickets at the Pensacola Bay Center Box Office with valid Military identification. This discount applies to service members and their families.
During our 3 Military Appreciation Nights and Blue Angels Night all active or retired Military Personnel can purchase $12 lower bowl tickets for themselves and their families.
Children
Children ages 3-12 can get up to 25% off their tickets ONLY at the Pensacola Bay Center Box Office. Children 2 and under do not require a ticket to attend the game, but will not have a designated seat.
Students
College students can purchase $12 tickets at the Pensacola Bay Center Box Office with a valid student I.D. This deal only applies to Silver End/Corner seats.

From 1-10 South
Take I-110 south to the Gregory Street exit (exit 1A). Pensacola Bay Center will be on your left.
From Fort Walton Beach
Follow Highway 98 from Fort Walton Beach, Florida through Gulf Breeze. Cross the Pensacola Bay Bridge into Pensacola. Continue driving straight onto Gregory Street. Pensacola Bay Center is approximately 1 mile ahead on the left.
From Tallahassee
Follow I-10 west. Take I-110 south (exit 12) Follow I-110 to the Gregory Street exit (exit 1A). Pensacola Bay Center will be on your left.

Where can I purchase Post Game Skate tickets?
Tickets are available for purchase online exclusively at Ticketmaster.com or in-person at the Pensacola Bay Center Box Office.
Tickets are $12.00 for Adults/Children with their own skates and $15.00 for Adults/Children who need to rent skates.

Skate rentals are available for an additional $3.00 charge (ticket total cost with skate rental is $15.00).
When are the Post Game Skates?
Post Game Skates occur immediately following the conclusion of Ice Flyers games. Select Post Game Skates will be with the Ice Flyers players. Check the Game Preview to see if the skate will feature the team.
Where can I purchase merchandise during games?
Our Merchandise Booths are located in the upper concourses on the North and South ends of the arena. Payment is cashless for all Ice Flyers merchandise.
Can I purchase merchandise online?
Visit Shop.IceFlyers.com to purchase your favorite Ice Flyers gear online. Orders can be shipped for an additional charge or picked up from the Ice Flyers Office Monday through Friday from 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Pick up is not available on game days. New merchandise will be posted online after its debut in-person at our Merchandise Booths.
All points of purchase for the Ice Flyers is completely cashless. This includes at the merchandise stands, raffle kiosks and parking in the front lot. Credit cards and debit cards will be the only accepted form of payment. As we continue to strive for an elevated fan experience, this process will also speed up the transaction time so you can get back to the action in an expedient manner.
Is there WiFi available at the games?
Wireless Internet is provided throughout the building. Fans can connect to ‘PBC Public’ for free at every Ice Flyers game.
What security measures are in place?
To provide a safer environment, security at all entrances will include metal-detecting with bag size restrictions and prohibited items policies enforced.
What is the bag policy?
Bags are restricted to one bag (12” x 12” x 6”) per person or one small clutch purse (6.5” x 4.5”). The small clutch should be approximately the size of a hand.
*Accommodations will be available for diaper bags and medical bags provided they go through the bag check screening process.
*Accommodations will also be available for dietary needs.
What items are prohibited?
No Large Bags, Backpacks, Waist Packs, Umbrellas, Strollers, Any Weapons, Spikes or Chains, Laser Pointers, Noisemakers, Signs or Banners, Outside Food and/or Drink, Containers, Glass Items, or Wrapped Gifts are permitted at Ice Flyers games.
