Mobile Ticketing
All tickets are mobile. Log into your Ticketmaster account, pull up your tickets, and have them ready to scan at entry.

When To Arrive
Doors open 60 minutes before puck drop. Arrive early for warmups and pregame entertainment.
Entry Gates
Enter through the main arena doors on east and west sides of the arena and have your mobile tickets ready to scan.

How do I access my tickets?
We offer digital ticketing via our Ice Flyers Ticketmaster account manager service. Learn more about our digital ticketing process here.
Where can I purchase tickets?
Tickets can be purchased online through Ticketmaster or in person at the Pensacola Bay Center Box Office.
Box Office Hours:
Monday – Friday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Event Days (Saturday & Sunday): Opens at Noon or at least 30 minutes before doors
The Box Office accepts cash and all major credit cards.
Who do I contact for help?
Season ticket holders and group leaders can contact the Ice Flyers directly for assistance.
For all other ticketing questions, including single game tickets and box office purchases, please contact the Pensacola Bay Center Box Office.
Military
Active, retired, and veteran military members can receive $2 off tickets at the Box Office with valid ID. This discount applies to service members and their families.
On Military Appreciation Nights and Blue Angels Night, military members can purchase $12 lower bowl tickets for their entire party at the Box Office.
Children
Children ages 3–12 can receive up to 25% off tickets at the Box Office.
Children 2 and under do not require a ticket but will not have a designated seat.
Students
College students can purchase $12 tickets at the Box Office with a valid student ID.
This offer applies to Silver End and Corner seating.

Where is the Pensacola Bay Center?
The Pensacola Bay Center address is 201 East Gregory St, Pensacola, FL 32502.
From 1-10 South
Take I-110 south to the Gregory Street exit (exit 1A). Pensacola Bay Center will be on your left.
From Fort Walton Beach
Follow Highway 98 from Fort Walton Beach, Florida through Gulf Breeze. Cross the Pensacola Bay Bridge into Pensacola. Continue driving straight onto Gregory Street. Pensacola Bay Center is approximately 1 mile ahead on the left.
From Tallahassee
Follow I-10 west. Take I-110 south (exit 12) Follow I-110 to the Gregory Street exit (exit 1A). Pensacola Bay Center will be on your left.

Where can I park?
There are 4 paid parking lot locations at the Pensacola Bay Center. Parking will be cashless and each vehicle is $12.00 per game. Click here for the parking map.
To provide a safer environment, security at all entrances will include metal-detecting with bag size restrictions and prohibited items policies enforced. Bags are restricted to one bag (12” x 12” x 6”) per person or one small clutch purse (6.5” x 4.5”). The small clutch should be approximately the size of a hand.
*Accommodations will be available for diaper bags and medical bags provided they go through the bag check screening process.
*Accommodations will also be available for dietary needs.
For the safety and enjoyment of all guests, certain items are not permitted inside the Pensacola Bay Center. Prohibited items include large bags, backpacks, waist packs, umbrellas, and strollers, as well as any weapons, spikes or chains, laser pointers, noisemakers, and signs or banners. Outside food and drinks, containers, glass items, and wrapped gifts are also not allowed. Professional cameras, including those with detachable lenses, audio or video equipment, and tripods, are prohibited.
Guests found with prohibited items at entry will be asked to return them to their vehicle or dispose of them prior to entering, as the venue does not store personal belongings. The Pensacola Bay Center reserves the right to deny entry for any item deemed unsafe or inappropriate. These policies are in place to ensure a safe and secure environment for all guests.
