Accessing Your Mobile Tickets

Your Ice Flyers tickets are available right on your phone! Download the Ice Flyers Mobile App or log into Ice Flyers Account Manager on your web browser to create an account, log in and view your tickets.

With Ice Flyers Account Manager, you can view or transfer your tickets and add them to your digital wallet.

Need help on gameday? Visit the Box Office to talk to a representative that will be able to assist you with anything you need.

Step 1

To get started, download the Ice Flyers Mobile App from the Apple App Store or Android Google Play Store. If you already have the Ice Flyers Mobile App, make sure you have the latest version downloaded.

Step 2

When you open the Ice Flyers Mobile App for the first time and tap on Menu found on the bottom right. Then tap on My Account Manager  in the menu that appears, you’ll be redirected to the account manager page.

Step 3

Once in the account manager, scroll down and click Account Sign In. This will take prompt you to sign into your Ticketmaster account. Don’t have an account? Follow the prompts to create one using the email address associated with your tickets.

Step 4

Once logged in to Ice Flyers Account Manager you will see an event tile for each game.  Tap on the game you wish to access to view your tickets.

Step 5

Tap the game you’d like to open tickets for and then Tap View Barcode to view your tickets for scanning on gameday. Or, tap the button to add your ticket to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet ahead of gameday for the easiest access. With your rotating barcode ticket, you’ll be able to scan it at one of the self-service scanning towers at gate entry. Due to the rotating barcode on your mobile ticket, screenshots and printouts are not valid.

Step 6

When adding to your Apple Wallet, you will be prompted to link your Ticketmaster account to your Apple iCloud. This is a one-time action.

By adding to your Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, your tickets will automatically pop up on your phone on gameday. Simply tap your wallet ticket at the top orange button on the self-service scanning towers at gate entry. Be sure to scan each individual ticket for entry.

The Ice Flyers Mobile App and mobile ticketing are FREE. There are no costs associated with managing your tickets via the Ice Flyers app or using the Ice Flyers Account Manager on your smartphone, including accessing tickets for mobile entry or sending tickets.

While we recommend the Ice Flyers Mobile App since it is the cleanest and most user-friendly option, you can also use your mobile web browser and log into the Ice Flyers Account Manager at am.ticketmaster.com/iceflyers/ to access your tickets.

No, due to new rotating barcode technology to keep tickets secure, screenshots will not be valid. You must present your mobile ticket on your phone for access into the Pensacola Bay Center.

The first step is to ensure the brightness on your screen is turned to the highest setting. If that doesn’t do the trick, our staff is here to help! If you have ANY trouble with your mobile ticket, you can as visit us at the Pensacola Bay Center Box Office and speak to a Customer Service Representative. We will always ensure your ticket is valid for entry!

The Pensacola Bay Center has Public WiFi you can connect to throughout the arena so this issue is extremely rare. We do however encourage you to log in and view your mobile tickets PRIOR to the game.

We recommend that you log into Ice Flyers Account Manager on the Ice Flyers Mobile App at least 24 hours prior to gameday. That way you are prepared prior to arriving at the Pensacola Bay Center! Follow the tutorial above for assistance.

Yes! When you view your mobile tickets, swipe to the left to view each ticket in your account. You also have the option to send each seat partner their own individual mobile ticket.
