Charity Of The Month

The Ice Flyers Foundation’s Charity of the Month, presented by SWAN Capital, puts a local nonprofit in front of thousands of fans.

Each month of the season, one nonprofit receives dedicated exposure at Ice Flyers home games, including a concourse table and an on-ice recognition. Representatives from the organization attend games throughout their featured month to connect with fans, share their mission, and highlight the impact of their work in our community.

WHAT THE CHARITY GETS

In the 50/50: A minimum of $2,500 from the pot, plus the chance to sell additional 50/50 tickets and raise even more.
In the building: A concourse table at home games during your month, right in front of the full crowd.
On the ice: A check presentation during a game, your organization in the spotlight in front of the full crowd.
On our channels: Features across our website and social all season long.
In the community: A real connection to Ice Flyers fans, families, and season ticket holders who live here too.

WHAT WE ASK IN RETURN

This works because the charity shows up. Here is what we ask.

Man a concourse table with at least two people for a minimum of four home games during your month.
A point of contact we can reach before and during gameday.
Your logo and a short description for our web and video features.
A representative for at least one on-ice recognition moment.

HOW IT WORKS

Apply. Tell us about your organization and the month you want.
We review. We select one charity per month based on fit and the ability to be there every game.
You are announced. We introduce you to our fans across web and social.
You take the ice. Your month, your table, your moment, all season long.

Charity of the Month Application

Each month of our season, the Pensacola Ice Flyers partner with one local nonprofit as our Charity of the Month. Your organization staffs an information table on the concourse to meet Ice Flyers fans, share your mission, and connect with the community. If you have the volunteers for it, you can also work our Chuck-a-Puck fundraiser to raise even more.

To be considered, your organization must be able to:

Attend at least 4 home games during your selected month
Provide a minimum of 2volunteers per game to table on the concourse
