Single Game Tickets
Looking for a way to save money this season while still enjoying your favorite Pensacola Ice Flyers games? Becoming a Season Ticket Holder or purchasing a Mini Plan is a great option! With a Season Ticket Holder package, you get the best seats in the house for every Ice Flyers game, as well as exclusive benefits and discounted merchandise. A Mini Plan is a more flexible option that allows you to choose which games you want to attend, while still enjoying discounted ticket prices. Have a group? Groups of 10 or more can get additional benefits and discounted tickets by submitting a group ticket request form.
If you prefer to purchase single game tickets, you have two options: in-person at the Pensacola Bay Center Box Office, or online at Ticketmaster.com. Fans wanting discounted Military and Student tickets must purchase them at the Box Office. And here’s a tip: if you have young children, you’ll be happy to know that no ticket is required for children aged 2 and under, and children aged 3-12 can get 25% off their tickets at the box office.
Discounted Tickets
Active, retired or veteran military personnel may purchase discounted tickets ($2 off each ticket purchased) at the Pensacola Bay Center Box Office with proof of service. These tickets are valid for the service member and their families.Military personnel may also purchase $12 lower bowl tickets to each of our three Military Appreciation Nights and Veterans Appreciation Night at the Pensacola Bay Center Box Office.
College students can purchase $12 lower bowl tickets at the Pensacola Bay Center Box Office with current student I.D.
Children aged 2 and under do not require a ticket but will not have a seat. Children aged 3-12 can get 25% off their tickets at the Pensacola Bay Center Box Office.
Pensacola Bay Center Box Office
The Pensacola Bay Center Box Office is open from Monday to Friday, 10:00 a.m.- 4:00 p.m. On Saturdays and Sundays (Event Days Only), the box office opens at noon or at least 30 minutes before doors, whichever is earlier. Evening, weekend, and holiday hours vary according to event schedules, so be sure to check ahead of time to avoid any disappointment.
When purchasing your tickets, the box office accepts cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards. You’ll find the box office located on the west side of the Pensacola Bay Center, with parking accessible via Alcaniz Street. All ticket sales are final.
Accessible Tickets And Seating
If you or someone you’re attending the game with requires accessible seating, wheelchair accessible seats are available in all price levels. And to make sure everyone can enjoy the game, one companion ticket may be purchased with each wheelchair accessible ticket. When purchasing your tickets, please indicate if you require accessible seating. Patrons with disabilities may be dropped off via the Alcaniz Street entrance, and Pensacola Bay Center has a limited number of accessible parking spaces available.
Service Animals
“Service Animals” are the only animals permitted inside the arena. All other animals are prohibited. The only exception is during Small Dog Race Nights, where registered contestants can bring their animals into the building to race.
Wheelchair Assistance
Pensacola Bay Center offers wheelchair service for guests who may need assistance to and from their seats. Please contact a Guest Relations representative for assistance. Wheelchair assistance is provided on a first-come, first-served basis. Due to the limited number of wheelchairs available, they may not be borrowed or rented as seating during an event. If wheelchair assistance is necessary during an event, please notify the nearest staff member.
